The most convenient form of payment is to link your card and have the payment automatically deducted in monthly installments, so you don't have to spend a large sum of money at once. In case you decide to stop visiting the club or freeze your membership, you can easily unlink your card from the payment online.

The monthly membership fee for club access is 30,000 tenge. Upon the initial purchase of the contract, you will also need to pay a one-time enrollment fee of 15,000 tenge.
You can freeze your membership through the app for a period of at least 7 days or more by making an online payment for the suspension. The system will automatically pause the membership days deduction for the selected period.
We recommend starting with low-intensity workouts to allow your body to adapt to subsequent exercises. Group programs such as Stretch&Go, Balance, Bronx J Lo, and Bronx Full Body are ideal. Strength training programs can be started using bodyweight exercises or with minimal weights.
If you are relatively new to fitness, we recommend completing at least 10-20 sessions with a trainer who can assist you with exercise technique and provide guidance on an initial training program.
